Unifi bill is due each month, but paying it can be tricky if you do not have the time or you’re not quite sure where to go and what to do. Luckily, they have got you cover with step-by-step instructions on how to pay your Unifi bill online or at the local Mykad store. In addition, these instructions will show you how to spend your standard bill. And any additional recurring bills you may have added to your account.
To Pay Unifi Bill Log into Your Account
The easiest way to pay your bill is through Unifi. Here you can view your balance, add funds, check past statements and make payments without ever leaving home. You can also sign up for automatic monthly payments from your bank account or credit card if you’d prefer not to remember when it’s time to pay up. Enter in Your Unifi Bill Details
To pay your Unifi bill, log into your Unifi account and navigate to My Bills on the left-hand side. In there, you’ll see a list of all bills which you can view or pay. Payment options include credit card payment, bank transfer, and ATM payment. You can also make a one-off payment using prepaid cards from selected convenience stores if you’re short on cash.
Enter your details (e.g., MyKad number), choose whether you’d like to pay online or at a store, and confirm your details before proceeding with payment, for it will then sent off for processing. Once it’s processed, click on Print Receipt to print out your receipt. Alternatively, should you have multiple bills that need paying. Such as Telekom or even electricity bills.
They can also pay through here as well by selecting the Pay another tab after logging in to your Unifi account. Now that you know how to spend your Unifi bill, here’s some additional info about late payments and charges incurred should the price not go through successfully. 0% when up to 7 days past due; 1% per day until 31 days past due; 2% per day until 45 days past due. 4% per day until 90 days past due; 5% per day after that, plus legal action is take.
Select Your Preferred Payment Method
You can pay your Unifi bill via two main methods: bank account, debit or credit card. For ease of use, we recommend you sign up for direct debit as it allows you to pay your bills directly from your savings or check your account and will be more convenient than paying with a credit card. Banks may charge a small fee for these transactions but nothing more than RM3-5.
If you choose not to enable Direct Debit, you will still pay with your credit/debit card instead. When paying online via credit/debit card, ensure that there are sufficient funds in your nominated bank account. No additional charges occur on top of what has already been charge for monthly service and equipment fees.
Confirm Your Unifi Bill Payment Information
Once you’ve purchased a new subscription, you’ll receive an email from My Account > Order History. This email contains information about your order status, including confirmation of your order details and order ID. Click on Complete Order at any time after you receive it. This will take you to a new page dedicated solely to managing your order. From here, click on Confirm Order Details. After checking your payment information, click Confirm. We’ll confirm receipt of payment with our bank, usually within 24 hours for credit cards and immediately for debit cards.
Note: Customers using PayPal or other similar services will not be able to check their order details online; we’ll send an email confirming receipt and provide further instructions via email once payment has been processed. While we’ll make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible, please allow five business days for newly created accounts before contacting us about missing items (and two business days in rare cases).
Pay via Online Banking
Unifi’s online billing portal is accessible via your bank account. All you need is your 16-digit Unifi billing number and a working internet connection. You can pay your bill any time of day or night, 24/7! Don’t worry if you miss one due date. We don’t send out disconnection notices until 7 days after an overdue payment. So as long as you pay within that 7-day window, you won’t experience any interruption in service.
Get a Receipt from the Bank You Paid From
The easiest way to pay your bill is online, and you can add funds through most Malaysian banks and credit cards. If you don’t have a bank account, don’t worry; Unifi accepts cash through their locations. When it comes time to make your payment, go ahead and log into MyAccount (in English) for a step-by-step guide.
But before you do that, get a receipt from your bank with your payment information on it; if there’s any trouble paying with a credit card or bank transfer, you can always show up in person with that document as proof of payment. Wait for Email Confirmation of Payment
After you’ve entered your payment details, be sure to wait for an email confirmation that your payment has been received. You may have made a mistake in entering something, so it’s good practice to confirm. You can also check your bill on Unifi now and then to see if you are charge properly. If you do not see your payment reflected on your account, it is always best practice to contact Unifi customer service at 1-300-88-8000 or submit a support ticket online.
